My Approach  

 

Performance Fitness Training was originally created as a means to better the industry and allow people to have a high quality option available. PFT was established in 2015 by Jake Sbroja, an up and coming coach whose passion for fitness and health led him to want to make a difference. Jake Sbroja is a National level Olympic weightlifter who is also teriary qualifed and prides himself for a keen eye for detail and getting the most out of clients.

Using exercise as his tool to help people, Jake now works with athletes of all levels, people with various disabilities, Chronic health conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, as well people just wanting a high quality personalised service. Working amongst doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, and other allied health practitioners to allow the best possible service for the client.

With the view that exercise is a continuum and that all people want to improve their performance and health via training; ‘Performance Fitness Training’ was created.

Qualifications

  • Masters in Clinical exercise physiology

  • Bachelors degree in sport and exercise science

  • Diploma in specialist exercise (Major in high performance and special populations)

  • NDIS approved trainer

  • Qualifed Australian Strength and Conditioning coach (ASCA)
